Event Badges - $95 PER PERSON

Off-site Lodging or Day Visitation is likely but not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate visitors by opening registration for off-site attendees/locals at a future date. This is to ensure all on-site attendee registration S'mores and Meeples cannot be responsible for any cancellation policies of off-site lodging if you decide to reserve in advance.

Registration Schedule:
Groups Once it opens, PreRegistration signup will determine the order you are contacted for accommodations. Since Privates and Tent/RV options are limited, please be sure to fill out the form as soon as your group is ready. Once your lodging and costs have been determined, you will have 24 hours to make your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable within the cancellation policy window. Registration closes and balances are due by August 15th.
