Important COVID Notice

As of May 18th, 2021 -With Pennsylvania’s newest event gathering guidelines, we’ve been able to increase our capacity limits. Additional badges have been made available to accommodate this! If you have any questions, please feel free to message us.

Everyone’s wellness is of the utmost importantance to us. While we are not going to make vaccines a requirement, we believe that many of you have already chosen to attend based on the fact that you have been vaccinated. Naturally, there can be some risks involved in attending an event like ours despite the uptick in access to vaccinations. The campground we use is open to the public and there will be other non-event campers on site (although not in our meeting space).

We highly encourage the use of masks and will trust that everyone will follow the recommendations, whatever they be at the time. You are the only one who can make the decisions that are best for you and your families.

We will have cleaning protocols in place and will provide sanitation products for use during our weekend. Our goal is for you to game and camp safely.

Should you feel the need to cancel due to illness or any other COVID related instances and it is a matter of health - your badge cancellation will be honored 100% by S’mores and Meeples without penalty. Please note, that we are not able to waive any KOA specific cancellation policies, so please abide by your cancellation timeframe if possible.

With that, my personal excitement for our weekend is building and Jason and I cannot wait to see you.
