Registration Ending Soon!

August is flying by very quickly, which means registration close is upon us! Remember to register by 8/31 to participate in this year's S'mores & Meeples very special 5 year celebration!

For those that are registered, 8/31 will trigger our final push to announce event details and schedule. As of now, we can at least share the following plans for our camp weekend:

We do have other events in the works and should be finalizing soon!

It's also important to note that we are monitoring the news regarding COVID very closely. Should anything need to change due to gathering restrictions, we will notify you immediately. Any mandated changes resulting in forced cancellation will be honored by S'mores & Meeples and registration costs will be refunded 100%. KOA has their own policy you will need to follow, as they may not be affected by such gathering limits. We also respect any decision to cancel due to your own personal safety concerns.
