Cabins - True Summer Camp experience! Each cabin can sleep up to 12 to 14 people and require a minimum of 4 people. These are primitive bunk style cabins. No electrical outlets, heating or AC, but our dates are in the tail end of summer. Temperatures are usually mild. These cabins utilize bath houses on the premises for showering and toilets. $429
Lodges - Each lodge is split into four large rooms. Each room can sleep up to 14 people and require a minimum of 6 people. Lodges are temperature controlled, but still share facilities within the building for showering and toilets. $479
Officer's Quarters - Private Rooms and Baths. Each room has varying configurations so identifying your needs through the PreRegistration form will help us determine which room to assign. $549
Captain's Suites - Sandy Hill has two waterfront condo options. One requires a minimum of 4 people and the other is 6 people. Each condo has private bedrooms and baths and share common space with a full kitchen. $599
Eagle Point Guest House - These accommodations are located on an adjacent sister property and driving or using the connecting walking path is required to get to Sandy Hill. Guest Houses have private entrances with bed and bath. Maximum occupancy is 2 people. It is approximately a 10-15 min walk. $599
Non Traditional Tent and RV - Limited space is available for tent and RV camping. However, there will be no electric/water hook ups, dumping stations, or personal campfires for these options. Since Sandy Hill is not a campground, permission was obtained to offer this for additional privacy options. RVs will be parked in a lot. $379
Once it opens, PreRegistration signup will determine the order you are contacted for accommodations. Since Privates and Tent/RV options are limited, please be sure to fill out the form as soon as your group is ready. Once your lodging and costs have been determined, you will have 24 hours to make your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable within the cancellation policy window. Registrations closes and balances are due by July 31st.
$50 discount per person will be available through January 31st and will be taken off your balance at invoicing.
