2019 Dates Announced! 9/27-9/29
Hello everyone! It's that time of the year again and planning has begun on our 2019 S'mores & Meeples Board Game Camp weekend. We will be returning to the KOA in West Chester/Coatesville PA for September 27th-29th! KOA is now taking reservations for your camp site and registration for badges will be opening on May 1st for all campers and event volunteers! Saturday Only badges will go on sale on July 1st. If you are planning on camping with us this year, please reserve early. Cabins sold out extremely fast last year. Also, this year, early bird pricing will be available for campers through May 31st. Please note, no exceptions can be made on early bird *EB* pricing, so even if you reserve your site early we will not be able to adjust badge prices after 5/31.
